Tickets can be purchased:

• online — on the official rink website;
• at the ticket offices on the rink territory

Your e-ticket includes the date and time of your session. We recommend arriving at the beginning of your session and purchasing tickets in advance.

Skate rental and changing areas are available in pavilions № 1 (Standard), № 2 (Family), № 3 (Comfort), and № 4 (Standard).
Each pavilion offers:

• skate rental and return services, blade sharpening, and figure skating assistants;
• changing areas with seating and lockers;
• direct access to the ice paths.

Visitors must enter and exit the rink through the same pavilion they used for access.

Visitors belonging to preferential categories can purchase an entrance ticket to the ice rink at the Preferential or Social rate.
Preferential rate applies to:

• Senior citizens (age-based pensioners)
• Combat veterans
• Full-time university students and school students
• Large families
• Parents, foster carers and guardians of orphaned children or children without parental care

Social rate applies to:

• Children aged 3−7
• Children with disabilities
• People with disabilities (Groups I, II, III)
• Participants of the Special Military Operation
• Veterans of the Great Patriotic War**

To request a refund for electronic tickets purchased for skating at the court rink, please send a request to the following email address: cancel@afisha.ru.
A full refund (100%) is issued provided that the cancellation request is submitted no later than 5 days before the start date of the session.
If the request is sent less than 24 hours before the start of the session, 50% of the ticket price will be refunded.
Upon presentation of supporting documents (a medical certificate confirming illness), a full refund is issued.
